Marco Eres is a scientist at Intropic Materials. He completed his Ph.D. in Chemistry at University of California, Berkeley under the guidance of Professor Ting Xu.
Marco met Aaron during graduate school, where they worked together on bio-inspired applications of random heteropolymers. He has experience in the design, synthesis, characterization, and application of random heteropolymers. In December 2022, he joined Aaron in his work at Intropic Materials. At Intropic, Marco applies his skills in research to problems in sustainability and circular economy.
Marco loves bikes, boats, and petroleum-free transport in general. After having lived in the Southeast and New England, he is enjoying the Sierra Mountains and the California Coast!
