Rodolfo Orellana

Rodolfo Orellana grew up in the Bay Area, where he went to University of California, Davis and graduated with a BS in Applied Physics and emphasis in Chemical Physics. Rodolfo then obtained his master’s in Mathematics from Cal State East Bay.

He has a variety of professional experience within several industries, including working as an optical and metrology technician, which involved manufacturing optical components for satellites, telescopes, and laser systems. Rodolfo has also worked with polymers doing formulation work and performing chemical & material characteristics testing. He has even been involved with developing coatings made from bio-source materials for a variety of applications, such as hydrophobic paper and oxygen barriers. Rodolfo was drawn to Intropic because Aaron’s and Adam’s welcoming personality made him want to work to achieve the company’s goals. Rodolfo joined the Intropic team in June of 2023

Rodolfo has a desire to learn as much as possible, no matter what the subject material is. As long as he’s learning, he’s happy. He has two Corgis, and when he isn’t at work or helping his fiancé with her side business, you can find him hanging out with them.
